A recent hot streak has vaulted Cleveland Cavaliers coach J.B. Bickerstaff up the odds list for NBA Coach of the Year.
Bickerstaff’s Cavaliers recently won 17 out of 18 games, and Cleveland owns the NBA’s best road record (17-8) with Orlando as of Wednesday.
The son of former NBA head coach Bernie Bickerstaff now sits third at +410. He was at +1400 on Feb. 1 and +1000 on Feb. 7.

FOX sports NBA Analyst Ric Bucher has Bickerstaff’s Cavaliers atop his Power Rankings for the second consecutive week “by continuing to squeeze the life out of opposing offenses.”
Cleveland is second in team defense, allowing 109.3 points per game.

Oklahoma City’s Mark Daigneault remains the favorite, but his odds moved to +190 from +115.
Also making a move was Clippers coach Tyronn Lue, who went to +650 from +2000 as his team recently won 13 out of 16 to climb to third in the Western Conference.
