The Detroit Lions are continuing to ride the momentum of their deep playoff run last season, signing quarterback Jared Goff to a four-year, $212 million contract extension, ESPN reported on Monday.
According to the report, the deal includes $170 million in guaranteed dollars.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 draft, the 29-year-old Goff is now going to be the highest-paid Detroit Lions player in franchise history.
